1. Apart from the website, where can I find RCP Edições books? ° In all major Portuguese bookstores; ° Hypermarkets; You can also get your books by fax, post or e-mail.



2. How can I navigate through all RCP Edições titles? You can navigate through: ° Type of title (book, e-book) ° Author’s name; ° Collections



3. What is an e-book? They are files of books or publications which can be downloaded to a computer and read on screen with special software (e-Book Reader). ° What is an e-Book Reader? It is free software, available on the internet. You must install it in order to read e-Books as soon as you download them. You should use Adobe Reader 6 or its latest version. ° What do I need to download an e-book? You must have an internet connection. An e-Book Reader must be installed and you must have some free space on your disk.



4. How can I buy the titles in RCP Edições? After finding the book you want to buy, proceed as follows: ° Click «Order» to display the Order Form. ° You can add any titles you want; ° Confirm whether you wish the paper or digital (e-book) version of the book; • Check quantities and prices. You can also check the total amount of your order; • Fill in your details (name, e-mail, address and telephone are compulsory); • Read instructions at the bottom of the page carefully and select a mode of payment. • Click «Confirm» and, after a few seconds you willl receive an automatic reply from our system, stating that your order has been received. • For e-books, after payment, we send you a direct link to download the release.



5. What personal information is needed in the Order Form? Name, tax number, e-mail, delivery address, telephone number and detailed information regarding your choice of payment.



6. Can I make any other work and/or special editions? Yes you can. RCP Edições can produce all types of editorial work and print personalized editions for firms or institutions, with logos on book covers or using a personalized page (at the beginning or the end of the book). It is an ideal option for gifts, campaigns or special events. Please consult us for any other information, stating which editorial works and/or titles you are interested in; as well as the quantities and dates on which you need them.
