Payments:

a) Sales abroad will need pre-payment and added costs of delivery, due to country, price, weight and quantity.

b) All titles displayed on the website are available, except when mentioned otherwise or sold out..

c) Books will only be sent after confirmation of payment.

Order’s refusal:

a) We didn’t receive any confirmation of payment.

b) Client’s payment does not match his order value

c) Client did not supply correct data for expedition.

Returned books:

Books can be changed until 15 days after reception, without any added costs, whenever:

a) The book is damaged or contains publishing flaws;

b) The book does not match the order.

Books with 0 price are still in preparation or sold out. In case you make a reservation, the price is displayed and applied whenever it becomes available. The client can always cancel the reservation, without any commitment.
